High up on Rønvikfjellet, you’ll find Wood Hotel Bodø. Built mainly out of wood, we are an outdoor resort, proudly drawing inspiration from the nature of Bodø, as well as local traditions. This is a starting point for a world of outdoor experiences. During summer, we are surrounded by the magic of the midnight sun. During winter, the northern lights come by to say hello.

Bergsalen is our largest meeting room, offering an impressive setting for both small and large events. With flexible solutions, state-of-the-art equipment, and an atmosphere that inspires, this is the place where conferences, seminars, and celebrations are elevated to a new level. Here, ideas have space to grow, and participants are left with an experience they won’t soon forget.

Ramnfloget is a versatile meeting space that can be divided into three smaller rooms: Ramnfloget A, B, and C. Here, you can easily customize the setup to fit your needs—whether you require a large conference room or several intimate meeting spaces. With modern facilities and an impressive view that sets the tone, this is the place where great ideas have the space to grow.

Our Chambre Séparée is located on the 7th floor and can accommodate up to 50 people. The interior design is the works of Norwegian design firm Slettvoll, and with its audio-visual equipment and ample natural light, it offers a versatile space for various events. The spacious layout and comfortable seating makes it ideal for both the corporate meeting and the ambitious reception.
Bergsalen is the perfect backdrop for a wedding reception straight out of a fairytale. With its breathtaking views and close connection to nature, Bergsalen sets the stage for weddings of all sizes and styles, offering cherished moments and long-lasting memories. Food and drinks come from our popular restaurant, and can accommodate everything from dinners to late-night party snacks.
